Proactive Inventories was formed by Leon Nelman after a catalogue of management issues on one of his rental properties. The frightening fact is that investments, when handled by incompetent people can go so wrong. this made him look into what insurances he could take to safeguard his portfolio.Once the research was done, Leon launched the Proactive Inventories range of property services.
As well as nearly a decade in renting (as a tenant) and letting (as a landlord) in property, Leon and his team also have experience in health and safety auditing, risk assessments, fire risk assessments, and " Due diligence" support services for landlords to help them gain respect, credibility and a working relationship with their tenants.
These things create long term, worry free tenancies for your investment when we correctly and consistently utilise the Proactive Inventories systems. Professionally prepared reports offer no avenues for discrepancies that cost time, money and emotion for both landlord and tenant.
